Servicom and Anti-Corruption Unit

This Unit serves as a link between the Agency, the Ministry, SERVICOM office at the Presidency and its service customers. the unit has the primary responsibility to produce, review and monitor performance of the Agency’s charter with a view to facilitate and improve the quality of service delivery capacity of the Agency Customer Relations Policy including providing opportunities for customers feedback and complaints on services.
