FERMA Evaluates New Digital Solutions to Boost Internal Efficiency

In its pursuit of operational excellence, FERMA recently welcomed representatives of Emerging Advance Solutions to its headquarters for a technical demonstration of two digital platforms designed to enhance internal processes.

The presentation featured the Intranet Portal, tailored to streamline workflow and interdepartmental communication and the Enterprise Project Intelligence System (EPIS), which provides real-time oversight of FERMA’s project activities across Nigeria.

Dr. Agbasi emphasized the significance of this digital shift, stating that “efficiency is no longer optional, it is a necessity.”

The evaluation of these tools is ongoing, but the initiative marks a progressive step toward smarter, data-driven operations at FERMA. If adopted, the systems are expected to reduce bureaucratic delays and improve transparency in project monitoring and internal communications.
