As part of series of steps toward advancing Nigeria’s infrastructure development agenda, the Managing Director of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA), Dr. Chukwuemeka Agbasi, participated in the Mid-Term Review Meeting on the implementation of resolutions from the 29th National Council on Works (NCW), held in Nasarawa State.

The meeting brought together top federal and state stakeholders to assess the progress of adopted strategies and reposition efforts for improved delivery in the road sector.

On the sidelines, Dr. Agbasi joined the Honorable Minister of State for Works, Barr. Bello Goronyo, on a courtesy visit to the Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi Sule.

Dr. Agbasi noted that FERMA remains committed to “translating council resolutions into visible improvements that impact lives across the country.”

The review meeting served as a timely checkpoint to align state and federal initiatives while reinforcing the role of FERMA in executing policies that support long-term infrastructure sustainability and regional integration.
